Don't know how you's Guys feel, but me personally I would like to see decent dart boards at the tournaments, after all we are all part of Scottish darts. If you go to Bannockburn when a Scottish Darts Final is being played, it is all Blade 3 boards that are being used. ( I did complain about the boards on Monday night before the tournament started.) Has anybody got the same view as myself?

I think the cost would be large for buying 8/9 boards but if a venue is hosting all or most of the cups then surely the venue should make sure the boards are in a good condition. One or two of the boards were awful on Monday right enough. Incidentally, is there a rule about boards being in a good condition for league/tournament matches? If not bring it up at the AGM and take it from there.

The boards were bad, out of the 8 boards maybe 2 or 3 passed the muster if they had been turned a few times. I think it depends on what you are used to play on but none of the boards in there would make it onto my wall.
They should all be blade 3 boards and realise this could be an extra cost to the club but be rest assured they are making a mint from these Monday nights.
